The Lactina Select™ or the Lactina Plus™.   Lactina Breastpumps are ideal for long-term and frequent pumping, making them a favorite of working mothers. Versatile and compact, the Lactina is lightweight and highly portable. For the ultimate in pumping comfort and efficiency, the Lactina Select allows you to select both the speed of the pump and the amount of vacuum. The Lactina's physiological Autocycle™ pumping action is almost identical to baby's natural sucking action. And like all Medela pumps, the Lactina's built-in vacuum release protects you against excessive or prolonged suction.

The Lactina is designed to provide breastfeeding mothers with the ultimate in safety, efficiency, cleanliness and ease of use. It can be used with ordinary household or workplace electricity, and when electricity is not available, the Lactina Kit converts quickly to manual operation.

The Double Pumping Kit. Mothers who are able to double pump will reap the benefits of time saved during pumping, as well as maintain lactation during separations from baby. Double pumping also may increase prolactin, the milk-producing hormone.  Medela makes double pumping personal accessory kits that work with the Lactina®, and Pump in Style™breastpumps. Double pumping can also be accomplished by using two Mini Electric™ breastpumps simultaneously.  Because Medela kits are interchangeable, you can upgrade to double pumping. Medela manual breastpumps and single-pumping accessory kits can be upgraded to double pumping via the Medela Double-Pumping Adapter Kit.

SoftShells Breast Shells were created with working mothers in mind. Offering the same care for sore, flat or inverted nipples as Medela's other shells, the SoftShells offer increased comfort and a more flattering appearance. Soft, silicone backs on the shells flex to match the contour of a woman's breast, creating a more snug, comfortable fit. The fronts of the shells are vented on the top to provide proper air circulation. Highly absorbent foam inserts protect against leaking.

Breast Shells create a flattering look while protecting tender breasts  Vented fronts and interchangeable backs let mothers use the Breast Shells for a variety of complications. For sore nipples, the assembled shell is worn between the bra and the breast and protects the nipple from further friction and irritation. The shells can also be used to help draw out flat or inverted nipples. The large size and number of holes in the front permit proper air circulation.

Purelan 100 is an all-natural, hypoallergenic lanolin that creates a moisture barrier, allowing skin to rehydrate from within. An added benefit is that Purelan does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
